Prices include electricity, linen, towels, coffee, tea, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets,washing up liquid and all cleaning products. We can also provide an Orkney welcome pack plus if you let us know in advance we can arrange bread and milk for your arrival.

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required on confirmation
of booking then a final payment 4 weeks before arrival or final payment
on on arrival is also accepted
During off peak seasons you can book for long weekends,nightly and
to fit in with transport ,i.e. Northlink .
Arrival departure times
It will be available at 2.30pm on arrival day and vacated by 10.30am
on departure day.
